The second video is a little different. Process-heavy, lots of local politics that may be of little interest, it is a study of how due process is used as legitimate expression of, in this instance, homo/transphobia.

It is also how a genuine error was both reported as and chronically mischaracterized as a primary bargaining chip towards maximum damage.
